CHANGE.

STRATEGIC DIRECTION & APPROACH

• Collaboratively understand your overall approach to Change and clarify the wider business context of any Change engagement.

• Alignment of IT & Operational systems and processes to the strategic objectives of the organisation.

• Analyse dependency and assess impact on available resources to build realistic plans.

• Model your Vision for change ensuring alignment with the wider context, clearly positioned with all stakeholders.

• Stakeholder management expertise derived from asking key questions, listening and confirming understanding, to build detailed communications strategies.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

• Build the Vision, gain buy-in from stakeholders and remove barriers to change with your Leadership Team.

• Support business leaders with insight to confidently move forward with difficult 'maintain or transform' decisions (process, systems and people).

• Plan and document Change through controlled engagements with cross-functional teams: the eoCiTO Project Governance and Change Plan approach.

• Balance ‘adapting to change’ and ‘tangible delivery’, critical to sustainable success with stakeholders at all levels.

• Leave a legacy of fully embedded and ‘owned’ change with our clients – our change leaders will act as mentors and coaches as well as IT and Operational delivery specialists.

PROJECT GOVERNANCE

• Cost / benefit analysis of the available options provide the context – it is important to understand what we choose NOT to do during the feasibility stage.

• Priorities, solution options and timeline decisions guided by the IT and Operational strategic direction, which clearly communicates the justification for IT & Operational investment over appropriate time frames.

• Lead engaging workshops and focused planning sessions which result in a clarity of purpose for all.

• Arrive at jointly agreed Goals, Objectives, Scope, Time, Budget and Resourcing to engender belief in the project deliverables.

• Risk management techniques and a clear rhythm of consultation meetings keep senior stakeholders informed – 360 degree feedback and ‘no surprises’.

• Reporting of progress on agreed metrics throughout, with clear accountability through the project plan, ensure ownership of Change beyond project closure and handover.
