IT: Client Management and Project Management of a bespoke software solution from inception to implementation. The solution, developed and delivered by a 3rd party Software Provider, manages the Property Service Charge Accounts Review process. The system covers the property set up and the central and distributed management of the end to end annual process (July 2023 to date).

VIBRANT FOODS


Change & IT: Implemented ‘Manager.Software’ tools to enable the client‘s mobile and web based wholesale sales process, including demand capture, stock visibility and allocation, transparency of complex pricing, discount and promotion policies, order release and confirmation across +26 warehouses simultaneously. Over £500mil of sales trade has been managed through Manager.software seamlessly to date, through multiple warehouse transitions (2021 to date).

CHANGE PLEASE


IT: Planned and executed a full Google Workspace - M365 migration to the Team at Change Please. This involved domain management & administration, a full review of how Change Please were utilising the Google Workspace platform as well as delivering training & post implementation support to the user base (March 2022).

Change & Operations: Managed the Project and Change programme to implement Operational controls within two major food manufacturing facilities in the Midlands, from factory planning, through work order control, raw material and finished goods inventory management, lineside data capture and management reporting (2021-2022).

IT: Delivered the demand management (CPQ solution), order management (OMS solution) and IT integrations between the Client and new Warehouse partner in the Netherlands, to implement a European trading hub ahead of Brexit at both pallet and case picking level. From inception to successful delivery in 10 weeks, including post-Go-Live user hypercare via a fully ready Helpdesk (2019-2020).

Change: Delivery of an IT & Operational change programme including the introduction of ePOD (Electronic Proof of Delivery), warehouse picking technology, an eCommerce platform (Ordering, Returns & Credit Management), forecasting and MRP tools, PowerBI reporting (SQL Server) and Server and Infrastructure upgrade (2017-2020).

IT: Implemented an ITIL aligned IT Service Desk into the UKs Largest food-to-go manufacturer, supporting all teams within the IT department, outsourced 3rd line and network suppliers (2017-2020).

Change: Stabilised and managed Change, IT and Operations, to deliver a unified and near real time OmniChannel solution across disparate legacy and modern eCommerce systems, with end to end functionality from pre-allocation of inbound purchasing to store fulfilment internationally (2015-2017).

IT: Transformation of server infrastructure that delivers client and candidate web services. Architected and delivered migration from on premise servers to enterprise data centre solutions with no business disruption (2017).

IT: Changed Systems Integrator, Hosting partner and CDN of the Hybris eCommerce platform, to deliver multiple stable environments (SIT, UAT & Production), upgraded, supported and maintained, with a truely scaleable, performant and recoverable architecture (2016).

IT: Architected and delivered end to end Human Resources solutions for US operations; recruitment platforms, Personnel management, time and attendance, payroll (2014).

HOVIS


Change: Managed the Change Programme for the sale of Hovis and Rank Hovis (Milling) by Premier Foods to a private equity investor in 2014, from inception to 'Newco' in four months, with transitional services concluding eight months later (2014).

BLOC BLINDS


Operations: Developed trend and core design stories, colour palettes and designs to utilise newly acquired digital printing capacity and expand copyright ownership and brand (2014-2015).

WIGGLE


Change: Developed the Target Operating Model for the incoming CEO, ready for a Transformation Programme to trigger the Change, IT and Operational investments required to support Wiggle into its next phase of global growth (2014).

JIMMY CHOO


Change: Built the requirements, selected the PLM tool and recruited the team to manage Jimmy Choo’s product lifecycle management, a process touching all departments and levels of seniority across the business (2013).

BROOK STREET


IT: Managed the removal of business payroll system technical debt for operationally critical national temp payroll system which processed over 10,000 timesheets a week and was directly integrated for workplace pension scheme. Project included the migration from legacy IBM AS400 infrastructure to a Microsoft Windows based environment (2013).

IT: Integration to the UK Government Gateway for the HMRC, including P46, P45 Part 1, P45 Part 3, P14 and P35 data, then subsequent Real Time Information integrations for Full Payment Submission, Employer Payment Summary and Earlier Year Update submissions (2007 - 2019).

BOUTIQUE ACCOUNTANCY


Operations: Operational management of finance, payroll, client relations, client bank accounts and compliance including GDPR, IR35 and reporting, ensuring expectations were always exceeded (2011 - 2019).

PREMIER FOODS


Change: Programme managed the largest ever restructure in the bread industry in 2012, when the Hovis brand lost a major client, leading to multiple site closures and re-organisation of both manufacturing and distribution operations across Great Britain & Northern Ireland (2012).

IT: Implemented a multi-division forecasting tool across all L'Oreal Luxury Division brands (2006-2007).

PREMIER FOODS


Change: Managed the £600m product launch portfolio of the Savoury Group, across brands such as Sharwoods, Lloyd Grossman, Oxo, Bisto, Batchelors and Branston (2007-2010).

LVMH


Operations: Transformed LVMH’s Perfume & Costmetic’s UK & EIRE business operations, delivering proactive Customer (B2C and B2B) Service, Launch Management services, Forecasting and Service Level controls alongside introducing LVMH online (2007-2011).

L’OREAL


Operations: Programme Managed the site selection, design, sign off, delivery and go-live of the National Distribution Center for L’Oreal’s Luxury Division (2005-2006).

JOHN LEWIS


Operations: Lead Design for Home products. Brand Guardian, developed and managed in house design team to deliver style led alignment to buying community and customers. In conjunction with the Home Buying Leadership team created Interior Design Styles architecture, 6 monthly Trend stories, Seasonal (Christmas) look and feel and instigated new critical paths for ‘on time’ delivery. Employee Ownership advocate, worked with both Home and Fashion design teams to encourage full participation in JLP democracy and Partner career development process (2004-2013).

iFORCE


IT: John Lewis Partnership, House of Fraser, Debenhams and Boots. Launched the UKs first e-fulfilment solution, which became the model for all major department stores in the early 2000's (2000-2002).
